By registering as an artist on Starshine.rw, you agree to the following:

Subscription: Pay 5,000 RWF/month or 50,000 RWF/year.
Your Earnings: You receive 80% of gross revenue from song sales & streams.
Rwanda Tax: 3% withholding tax (RRA) is deducted from gross earnings.
XentriPay Fee: 3.5% payment processing fee (Mobile Money & Card).
Net Earnings:
Net = Gross × (1 − 0.03 − 0.035) × 0.80
= Gross × 0.935 × 0.80
= Gross × 74.8%
Example: 1,000 RWF sale → 748 RWF to artist.
Admin Share: Starshine.rw keeps 20% of song revenue + 100% of subscription fees.
Content Ownership: You must own or be authorized to distribute all uploaded content.
Withdrawals: Min. 10,000 RWF; processed within 24 hours.
Compliance: All payments processed via XentriPay (licensed by National Bank of Rwanda).

Acceptance is required to register as an artist.
